Our Policy

We are a small spa and space can be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24-48-hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a excellent experience with us.


  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms. In fairness to all of our clients, appointments will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may lose a portion of their treatment time.

  • We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. 


  • When booking your treatment, you will be asked to provide your full name and contact number for reservation. Please note that a small deposit will be taken upon booking. The deposit will be applied to your account. The deposit is Non-Refundable. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance we will charge you the amount of the deposit. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice a re-booking fee will be applied. If you reschedule or cancel the appointment with more than 48h notice the deposit will remain on your account and may be used for future appointments.​

  • Upon completion, you will be able to pay for your services with your choice of Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash. We do no accept American Express.


  • If you need to cancel an appointment please inform us as soon as possible. This gives us the most time to re-book other clients. Should you continuously reschedule, cancel or not show up for your appointments with insufficient notice we will ask for a deposit when booking and you may be charged a re-booking fee. The deposit will be applied to your account. Should you not show for your appointment the deposit will be forfeited. We fully understand that sometimes not making it to your appointment is outside of your control. We ask that you do call us and inform us as soon as possible so we may make a note of it.

Appointment Reminder

  • Please let us know if you need help remembering your appointment. Our computer system sends reminder 48 hours in advance of your appointments, please remember to reply to confirm your appointment.


Pre-Paid Package and Credit

  • Pre-Paid Packages and Credit can not be redeemed for cash or refunded. Pre-paid Package and credit are transferable to other clients and transferable to an amount to be able to be redeemed for any treatments, or Gift Vouchers. Pre-paid Packages or Credit under $1,000 (Including $1,000) have a 12 months expiry, under $5,000 (including $5,000) have a 24 months expiry. Pre-Paid Package or Credit cannot be used with any other discount or offer.

Customer Satisfaction

  • We feel that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with your service please let us know immediately.  Our Salon also offers free touch-ups within the first week after any service should you not be completely satisfied. We would also appreciate your feedback.  Alternatively, you may fill out the form on our contact page so that we can continue to make each and every visit, the very best.
